Terms of service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Grantifly is a software-as-a-service platform for drafting and managing grant applications. We provide the software; you provide the content (org profile, evidence, funder selections, application drafts).
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 18 to use the service. One organization per subscription unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Grantifly to draft fraudulent grant applications, infringe on others' IP, or do anything illegal. Don't attempt to access another customer's data. Don't try to extract our model prompts or reverse-engineer our pipelines.
5. AI-assisted output
Drafts produced by Grantifly are starting points, not finished work. You are responsible for reviewing every assertion, citation, and number before submitting any grant application. Grantifly is not liable for content you submit to a funder.
6. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Failed payments suspend write access after a 14-day grace period; data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
7. Termination
Cancel anytime via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is." Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last twelve months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account owners 30 days before they take effect.
