Do you have a free tier?
Not yet. The 14-day trial is our free tier today.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays put. The app moves to read-only until you start a subscription; you can resume at the same URL by adding a payment method.
Can multiple grant writers share an account?
Yes. Invite as many teammates as you want; they all collaborate under your organization. Permissions are role-based: admins can edit everything, members can draft + comment.
Where does my data go?
Your application drafts, evidence, and org data live in our Postgres database (US, encrypted at rest and in transit). Drafting calls go to Anthropic; embeddings go to Voyage AI. Neither retains your content for training.
Can I export everything if I leave?
Yes. Every application exports to Word, Markdown, or plaintext. Your full data export (everything, JSON) is one click away from your account settings.
Is there an enterprise tier?
